Monitoring and Evaluation

Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) is a critical function that ensures the quality and effectiveness of all programs implemented by ELCT ND. The department is responsible for ensuring that all initiatives are properly planned in alignment with the 2024–2025 Strategic Plan (SP), while continuously monitoring and evaluating the progress of its implementation.

It plays a key role in tracking project performance against established goals and objectives by capturing, analyzing, and interpreting relevant data. This process supports informed decision-making, fosters a culture of learning, and promotes adaptive management through the use of reliable and real-time project information.

In addition, the department is responsible for the design, development, establishment, and management of various diocesan projects. These projects aim not only to provide essential services but also to generate income for the Diocese.

Furthermore, in response to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in 2015, the department supports and enables the Diocese to effectively contribute to and implement these global development goals.
